Currently, the tool is limited to allowing expenditure to be split with a partner in an intuitive way, however, it doesn't go as far as showing the potential outlook for the two people together. Some people treat family finances as a single unit, so it makes less sense to project everything for an individual.

It could be nice to have an option like 'family unit' where both partners specify all information and the simulation treats the combination of people like a single person.
